Business Q Pty Ltd, in partnership with software developer Our eSolutions, is releasing the VirtualStore/Integrator package. The features of the package include:

• Highly functional store
• Efficient transfer to QuickBooks
• Provides cost effective entry point to online efficiencies and streamlining of operations
• Improves “bottom line” and/or reduces time spent on administrative tasks
• Allows business owner to post online sales efficiently into QuickBooks (without re-keying the data).
• Checks the transactions are in balance using QuickBooks’ own business rules
• Adds New Customers automatically
• Reduces stock levels automatically
• Post as either Sales Receipts or Invoices
• Can post all orders to a generic Customer (not separate Customers) in QuickBooks
• Can treat purchased Items as a non-Stock Item in QuickBooks (no Stock reduction)
• Supports GST

Setup costs are $495 inc GST, and a low monthly rate of $35 inc GST.
